2. are your sure that you will arrange meeting with President or Prime Minister for the discussion of the projects, or some other documents to prove, such as Ministry LOT for proejcts or equipments procurement through EPC and financing from Eximbank, that they can meet our basic terms:
1. We should be exclusive EPC or supplier through negotiation, not through public tenders.
2. Your projects or procurements have 15% of fund of the contract valve signed with us, to be paid to us as EPC after contracts signed; (for some serious project/equipments contract, we can lower the percentage, depending on negotiation and sovereign guarantee to our financing for advance payment);
3. Employer should provide sovereign guarantee or bank guarantee to our financing of 70-85%.
And the financed projects should be at least 50 million USD, even to billions USD, you can locate projects from government or private sections.
In order to work on fast-track financing, we suggest start with equipments and material supply from China, due to that material and equipments supply it no needs of feasibility study and complicated design, and then start with big projects.
Here is some of the equipments discussed with another country in Beijing, total MOU to 6 billion USD.
For transportation ministry:
A: Expansion of two Ports
B: xxxLake Infrastructural Development and Operational Equipments (including, but not limited listed equipments or vessels as attachment 1) and xxxxxTransport Development Projects
C: Bus Acquisition of 750 Units of Buses and Infrastructure requirement(Metro Transit Limited), (including, but not limited listed equipments or vessels as attachment 2)
D: Acquisition of 400 units of Luxury Buses for Intercity, State Transport Company, (including, but not limited listed equipments or vessels as attachment 3)
E: xxxxx Inland Port Project,
For Agriculture and fishery ministry:
A: Supplier undertake to supplying of quality Agricultural machinery and equipments as per appendix list for ten (10) years, as listed in attachment 1.
