Please inform us the related information (better with documents) about that how you can help us to get the EPC contract through negotiation exclusively, and how you can help the project to be issued with sovereign guarantee by your MoF (better with LOI or Letter of support by your MoF), for such big project to use preferential loan from China, you should get your support from your Federal President (for your information one of our agent who visited us telling that he will be in your nation to talk with MoF and your President office several projects to let us exclusive EPC and support from your President office, I did not know whether he will talk on this project or not). You know we have limited time and source for such financed projects, so we can only work with most well connected  agents. So you are suggested to prove us with documents.

 

We first collect information or documents, then study, if positive, we will sign MOU with agent, we need the most powerful agent to work with us to win.

After MOU, more detailed technical documents collected by the agent, we design/quote and even visit to EPC contract.

 

There are two kinds of loans: one is soft/concessionary loan, which is very limited in quota for each nation. Another is preferential commercial loan, which are protected by our policy insurance company, the amount can be as high as 2-5 billions USD. Both need sovereign guarantee from Ministry of Finance.
