Notes:
1.1 This quotation is based on the basic requirements and information of the project obtained by our
company at this stage, as well as the basic scheme and concept of our company. If there are new
requirements and technical changes in the future, resulting in changes in the plan, this quotation will be
adjusted accordingly.
1.2 Party A is responsible for the processing and fees of work visa for Party B personnel.
1.3 This quotation does not include the transportation and insurance costs of goods from the Lagos port
of Nigeria to the project site. Party A shall be responsible for all required insurance types and taxes in
Nigeria, including all engineering risks.
1.4 This quotation includes the personal insurance of the personnel of our company who will go to the
site, but does not include the epidemic prevention insurance required for the prevention and control of
the epidemic situation.
1.5 Party A is responsible for on-site civil construction and other work outside the above list.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Within 15 days after the signing of the contract, 80% of the total contract amount shall be paid as a
prepayment. Party B shall provide a prepayment guarantee of the corresponding amount.
2.2 After the goods arrive at the port of Lagos in Nigeria, Party A shall pay the remaining 20% of the
total contract to Party B.
2.3 The part beyond the scope of the contract shall be negotiated separately.
3. Contract Effective Terms
3.1 Subject to receipt of contract advance payment as effective condition.
4. Guarantee Period
4.1 One year after the equipment COD or 18 months after the equipment is delivered, whichever comes
first.
5. Offer Validity
5.1 This quotation is effective from the date of issuance and is valid for 60 days.
