| 2.The above quotation is based on the current preliminary demand reference, and the owner needs to provide detailed information such as the site geological survey report, local conditions, and the power consumption of the factory, and commercial reqruirement for final quotation confirmation. |
| 2.Quality guaranty: Provide full warranty within one year from the date of delivery or 2000 operating hours, whichever comes first. |
| 3.Date of delivery: 12 months after receipt of advance payment. |

| 4. Payment: 60 percent advance payment, 40 percent before shipment. |

| 5. Valid date for the offer: 20 days. |

| 6. The offer is for equioment inside the power plant only. All civil work and fuel tanks should be taken out by customer. |
