If there is interest in this Offer, we will submit Firm offer with more details. As we have yet to Inspect the Plant physically, we have taken the approximate cost of the Repair and refurbishment. So there could be slight variance in final price

Let them Provide us a Plot plan of the Plant showing the area available for the Power plant. This power plant is provided with Air Cooled Condenser, so no need for Cooling tower and no need for cooling water.

This will be a very good deal for them as the plant can be commissioned very quickly and the price is too less compared with a .new Plant cost 

Please note that we are offering FOB price. so shipping and insurance will to the customer account.. The Plant will can be shipped in 80 to 90 nos  40 Feet Open top Containers

Entire project will be offered on turnkey basis, consisting of following:

2. SCOPE OF WORK
Supply of entire power plant as available at site
Inspection and testing of the plant and identifying any need for repair and
refurbishment
Dismantling of complete boiler with all auxiliaries. Coal handling plant, ash
handling plant, turbine generator and auxiliaries, electrical panels, air cooled
condenser, EOT Crane
Repair and refurbishment of the existing used plant where necessary,
Sand blasting and painting where necessary
Design engineering, manufacturing, and supply of new steel stack (60 meters)
Seaworthy Packing and forwarding
Local Transport to Navasheva port, Mumbai
Design, engineering, and drawings for civil foundations for turbine, boiler, coal
handling plant, ash handling plant, turbine Deck, turbine Hall, control room building,
plant layout drawings, cable routing and layout, and electrical single line diagrams
Supervision of civil foundations works
Supervision of erection of mechanical equipment, E&I works
Commissioning and performance testing supervision
3. CUSTOMER SCOPE
Following facilities shall be provided by customer for free of cost:
Receipt, unloading, stacking and safe custody and storage of material and
equipment (covered storage for Instruments and electrical panels, motors etc.)
All civil works in foundations, sheds, buildings, control rooms etc.
All erection works (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation) with lifting equipment,
cranes, tools and tackles, skilled /unskilled labor under supervision of Supplier
Water and electrical power at site
Temporary office for suppliers, engineers, manager/ skilled personnel
Suppliers�?personnel shall be provided with VISAS, Travel from India to Lebanon and
back, local transport, food, and accommodation.
Ward & watch of the material at site.
The local approval from any statutory authority

Drinking water for site team
Storage space at powerhouse location for storage of tools
