1. what is the source of funding of the equipment or project? What is the current stage?   reply: We are in the process of finalization of Technical Specification of related Electrical Scope/Power Supply arrangements of our Steel Complex involving backward & forward integration (Beneficiation Plant 3mtpy, Palletization Plant 2x 1.2mtpy, DRI 1.28mtpy already in place, Steel Melt Shop with Electric Arc Furnace 150 ton/h and Rolling Mill 0.6mtpy). To run all these plants, we are getting connection at 500KV voltage level from NTDC( electricity providing Authority). We will construct our own 500KV grid with one and half breaker scheme as shown in 1LD attached.

2. who will be responsible for the approval of the GIS drawings? The owner or consultant company, if consultant company, pls inform the name. reply: We have our own designing team therefore we are responsible for its approval.

3. when bidding, should we only abide by the documents and requirements in the tendering documents sent by owner, and no need to abide by the NTDC technical norms and NTDC test policies. reply: As 500KV GIS will be connected directly with NTDC 500KV existing line therefore some NTDC norms and test procedure shall be followed.
