the 5 units of Used 6B Pg6581 GE gas turbine gensets runnig about 35000-65000 hours, can be sold in 3 conditions:

A: re-newed with new blade and vanes and combustion liner and burner.

B: with refurbished blade and vanes and combustion liner and burner.

C: without replacing the used blade and vanes with original status as used one

when sold under consition B:

The version of the used turbine gensets are PG6581.

And the delivery time ranges from 6-8 months, one by one unit.

And now they are rebuilding one of the units for a Chinese client using 100% H2 as fuel for experiment, after ending of the experiment, the unit can be sold to new buyers, such as your company, delivery will be about 5 months.

And also the final configuration needed by the client also a factor for delivery time.

To summarize the situation, my customer is interested in units of used GE-6B (Re-newed with repaired hot parts). The below questions would be appreciated to get answered by your GE partner:

1. Total EOH of each unit, including working hours and number of start and emergency shutdown if eny?

A: The total working hours of the 5 used 6B gas turbine genset are about 30000-60000 hours, starting times about 300-400 times.

 2. Current situation of units and Working hours after Major Inspection or Overhaul?

 A: when the units were in operation or in the plant, gas turbine only were done one times of HGPI middle level overhaul  or one times of MI main overhaul. All the units will be brought back to GE partner’s works to rebuild to new standards of 6B gas turbine gensets,  factory test. During the rebuilding, brand new combustion system, generator exciter control panel, MCC, and all auxiliaries excerpt the common base. 3. If the units are already packed and ready to shipment, please send packing list.

3. Delivery time and price for international packing and preparing export documents and delivery port for destination of UAE.

 A: due to the rebuilding and reconfiguring, so at this time be no packing list available4. Warranty and performance guarantee? 

4. if the power plant is decommissioned (out of operation), we need a performance guarantee to ensure about restarting (decommissioning)

 A: we can provide warranty of the gas turbine genset performance and quality to new standard design. We can also provide site installation, commissioning and O&M services to contracts.

5. Available spare parts if any.

 A: we can provide life time spare parts supply.

6. Preservation and maintenance history.

A: now the used units are stocked in our partner’s stock house.

7. Fuel flexibility for liquified fuel (diesel fuel)? 

If it is operated with NG fuel, Unit are equipped with dual or only gas "burner type"?

 A: GE 6B gas turbine genset fuel can be mainly: Natural gas, syn-gas, LGP, light diesel oil, HFO, crude oil.  We can also provide duel fuel combustion system of gas and liquid fuel.

8. Is there technical documents about fuel system and power block main equipment?

 A: as the producer and rebuilder will be GE partner in China, so whole sets of needed technical documents can be available or provided.

9. Is there a technical report about disassembly of the GT systems and inspection before disassembly?

A: after technical and commercial agreement signed to technical proposal, we will start to design and rebuild and upgrade, or refurbish, before delivery, whole set of quality control documents will be issued.
