A. Please find following quotation for the Transformers:

1.Type: 3x63MVA 115/6.3kV Transformer

Unit price:  (FOB TIANJIN)

1. Routine test (according to IEC60076) had been included in the price and will be tested at

LEEEC factory.

2. Tap Changer of power transformer we proposed made by Chinese brand.

3. The fans, radiators are made by Chinese brand.

4. The transformer oil is domestic oil.

5. The price exclude spare parts and supervision of installation at site for engineers from

manufacturer.

6. This price valid will be 30 days from submission of bid offer.

7. Supervision services during installation, testing, commissioning should be paid 200 USD

per man-day for technician and 300 USD per man-day for engineer (Excluding visa fee,

flights fee, accommodation and quarantine fee).

8. The engineers�?Food and Accommodation cost (in Liaoyang city) for FAT in LEEEC is not

included in the quotation.

9. FOB we quoted is on the basic of transportation all transformers together.

With following condition:

a. 30% down payment against commercial invoice by T/T after order.

b. 70% payable by T/T and payable before transformer delivery from factory.

10. Delivery time is 12 months after Design approval and advance payment received

by LEEEC under the condition of FOB Chinese seaport.

11. Warranty Period: 12 months after transformer commissioning or 18 months after

transformer delivery from factory, whichever occurs first.
