    Installation

    1.Put the meter box on the tray of the meter box, open the back cover of the meter box, and fix the meter box on the tray.

    2.The machine is placed on the horizontal working surface, and the sealing ring is placed at the connecting pipe, and the oil pipe joint is tightened.

     

    3.Inside the meter box, fifth, sixth grid wires are connected to the main heating ring, and the insulating porcelain cap is screwed.

    4.Connect the thermocouple to the back of the main engine.

    5.Single phase connection method:

     the incoming line is connected to the meter box, left first grids, and the incoming line is connected to the fourth grid. In the meter box, the left seventh and tenth grid wires are connected to the second and third rows of the motor of the pumping station. Pictured here. Install the rear cover.

    Triple-phase connection method:

    connect the wire to the first, second and third grid of the meter box from the left, and the zero line to the fourth grid. The seventh, eighth and ninth grid wires in the meter box are connected to the motor of the pump station, first, second and third rows.

    When the motor reverses, it will replace any two FireWire positions.

     

    Tighten the two nuts under the base, adjust the upper nut to 5-8 mm away from the top, lock the nut and fill the pump station with hydraulic oil.

    Machine operation

    1.Turn on the power supply, check the normal operation of the indicator, the first use of the machine, pump station lever placed in a horizontal position, continuous switch machine 10 times, empty the pump station gas, shut down. Turn on the thermostat switch.

    2.Put the joystick in a vertical position, open the top, start, observe the cylinder piston up to the pressure plate can be taken out, immediately close the switch, note: do not raise the piston too high. Remove the pressure plate, do not move other parts in the barrel.

    3.Open the top, put a cotton pad, put the fried oil into the barrel after exhausting smoke, put another cotton pad, put into the pressure plate, close the top, put the joystick in a vertical position, start the switch, start pressing. Normally, the pressure gauge of the ammeter box automatically stops at 55 (50) MPa, the pressure drops to 40 MPa, and the machine works automatically. Repeat 2-3 times, the oil is basically squeezed out, and the switch is closed. Put the joystick in the horizontal position for about 20 seconds and then put it back in the vertical position. Open the upper cover, open the main switch, take out the oil cake, put the joystick in the horizontal position, and after the piston falls to the bottom, start the next pressing.

     

     

    Special tips:

     a hose can be used to connect the main engine back oil return pipe and pump station, in order to prevent piston lifting too high, hydraulic oil flow out.

    Safety technology and maintenance

16. The machine adopts 220 volt power supply, heating and control system uses 220 volt power supply, according to customer requirements, can also be changed to 380 volt power supply.

17. In order to ensure the safety of electrical system, earthing protection measures must be adopted.

    3.the hydraulic system belongs to the super high pressure level with a pressure of 55 MPa. It is strictly forbidden to use overpressure. It is forbidden to arbitrarily disorderly and dismantle.

    4.When the pressure gauge is not working properly or damaged inaccurately, it is forbidden to start production, and the new pressure gauge should be replaced before starting.

    5.the machine prohibits overhauling electrical appliances during high voltage and pressure keeping.

    6.During operation, please strictly follow the rules of operation.

    7.After frying the oil, we must exhaust the smoke and squeeze it again. Otherwise, gas explosion will occur when the oil is squeezed, and people will be hurt if it is serious.

    8.After the oil is dried, the cake should be served immediately, otherwise the gas explosion will occur if the time is too long.

    9.If the oil tank is blocked, use a thin blade or a sewing needle to clean it.

    10.The new machine must be used for a month, the hydraulic oil must be filtered clean, and clean the tank, after the annual replacement of hydraulic oil. For a longer time, please turn off the main power supply.

     

    Causes and troubleshooting of failures
