TECHNICAL CONDITION OF THE QUOTATION FOR CROSS NATIONS POWER SYSTEM INTERCONNECTION PROJECT
1ï¼?nbsp; The locations of the converter station and ground-electrode should be provided by the owner (excluding construction site expropriation and clearing fees)
2ï¼?nbsp; Site is flat, excavation and backfilling is unnecessary for the contractor.
3ï¼?nbsp; The ultimate allowable bearing capacity characteristic value of the undisturbed soil layer is not less than 400kPa, subsoil treatment is unnecessary.
4ï¼?nbsp; Maximum wind speed (10 minutes gust average a year) is not more than 25m/s in reappearing period of 50 years.
5ï¼?nbsp; Horizontal seismic acceleration is 0.1g.
6�nbsp; The Resistivity of soil in the area of the electrode should not be more than 100Ω·m
7ï¼?nbsp; ESDD of the AC/DC support insulator in the converter station should not be more than 0.025/0.05mg/cm2.
8ï¼?nbsp; The station water source shall be from tape water and 1.0m far from the bounding wall of the converter station, not be from a well.
9ï¼?nbsp; Water Drainage System will be 1.0m far from of the bounding wall of the converter station. Water Drainage pipe out of the converter station is not considered.
10ï¼?nbsp; The station service power will be provided by owner and be to 1.0m outside of the bounding wall.
11ï¼?nbsp; The type of converter transformer adopts 1 phase 3 Winds.
12�nbsp; Dispatch Automation:This project only includes the remote site station and the corresponding network access equipments, not includes the dispatch center device.
13�nbsp; Electric energy metering system:This project includes only site meter electric energy processor and screen, not including electricity billing master terminal device.
14�nbsp; Line protection:This project only includes the converter station line protection devices, not including the protection line opposite station.
