An uninstalled brand new Siemens SGT(GTG) for sale. It is designed for operation on natural gas or High Speed Diesel (HSD).
The expected price is around USD 16.5 Million .(REF. 1020140424)
It is stored inside a private customs bonded warehouse near Chennai, India. It can be shipped out of India.
Please find attached the Scope of supply document. Please note that we had ordered two gas turbine generators, however have taken delivery of only one.

 An uninstalled brand new Siemens SGT 700 for sale having capacity 31MW. 

• Can we workout on your behalf to find out the clients in Pakistan on commission basis? Yes
• Is this Gas Turbine has Warranty Guarantee of Siemens? - We can obtain the warranty guarantee from Siemens at extra cost
• Can you help the client to install & operate the Gas Turbine? - Your client has to take Siemens help/ enter into an agreement/ contract
• Can you supply the spare parts after sales & services for trouble free operation? - You can enter in to agreement with Siemens for sales and service.
• By the way, why the first owner / purchaser being sold this unit STG 700? - We are the first owners. The equipment is un installed and packaged at Chennai port, India for delivery. Inspection can be done at Chennai port, India.
• what is the warranty? Current Warranty has expired. However, we have a written confirmation from Siemens, Sweden that Warranty can be extended after inspection by Siemens at an extra cost.
• delivery? We can release the equipment immediately after closing the agreement with the buyer and finishing all the customs formalities.
• payment terms?  Negotiable.
• any down payment %? And if yes, when to pay? -  20% advance, after sale agreement
•  if using diesel oil as fuel, what is the capacity? 24.75 mw gross output @ 35 deg C at sea level and at 70% relative humidity.
• you are the owner or agent? We are authorized by the owner to locate buyers.

  When is the exact date of the production? Is it brand new?

  Date of Production: 2011

  Is it Brand new: It is uninstalled and is in  as shipped condition packed in a container/cases as received from Siemens.

  What about those red lines you have mentioned? Red lines comments are based on amendments to the scope of supply and material received from Siemens.
