NSRD planned to carry out modificati Used 9E Gas Turbine Combined Cycle Power Generation Equipments The property right of the whole set of 9E GTCC power generation unit, which considered a sale is completely and legally owned by Shenzhen Teweite Co, Ltd The proposed unit includes the following equipments: one set of 9E Gas Turbine Generation Unit, one set of HRSG Unit, one set of Steam Turbine Generation Unit and its auxiliary equipments. The whole set of generation unit is presenting wonderful working conditions and steady performance during operation. After quit operation, the whole set equipments have had excellent and professional maintenance and remains the good condition. 1. The GT Generation Unit The GT generation unit started COD at August 1993, it was originally made by General Electronic (GE), and the model number is MS-9001E (PG9171E) with rotating speed of 3000RPM. GT is starting by electric motor, fuel types are light diesel oil or heavy duty oil. The control system is MARK-V Generator model number: 335X957, Installed Capacity: 143.4MVA, Voltage Grade: 11.54KV, Frequency: 50HZ and Power Factor: 0.8. It is applied with hydrogen cooling system and brush stationary excitation system. ons for this unit from burning HFO to natural gas at the beginning of 2010. So far, the natural gas forward skid is ready for air inlet. Therefore this unit could burn natural gas after proper modification. Up to GT Unit completely shut down, it has been safely running for 78,065 hours with 56,127 hours burning heavy duty oil. The latest major overhaul was completed at Nov 2006 with total operation hours of 68,246. The unit could still
running for more than 5000 hours until next overhaul under the condition for running HFO. HRSG HRSG was made by US Company named DELTAK, and started COD at May 1995. Model number: FM9, Its specifications are: Outdoor Model, Horizontal Type, Dual Pressure and Self-Deoxygenize. In order to improve the amount of evaporation, it had been modified by Hangzhou Boiler Group Co., Ltd. by adding two sets of evaporator tubes and two sets of economizer tubes. Under the ambient temperature of 30°C, 1.013bar of atmospheric pressure and 70% of relative humidity, the GT steam parameter would be 40bar, 481°C and 180t/h by burning heavy duty oil. In order to assort with burning natural gas from heavy duty oil, NSRD has planned to carry out modifications to HRSG at the beginning of 2010. All the heating surfaces will be newly changed. So far, modification schemes and equipments producing have already completed by Hangzhou Boiler Group Co., Ltd. Under above mentioned performance condition, the modified HRSG will not only guarantee the non-reduction of steam parameter required during generation, but also added the new functions, which could supply low pressure steam and hot water externally. Steam Turbine Generation Unit�?BR>Steam Turbine was made by Harbin Electric Corporation, China and started COD at May 1995. Model number: N50-4.05, rotating speed: 3000RPM. Its specifications are: Medium Pressure, Single Cylinder, Axial Flow, Condensing Type and total 18 grades. Generator was made by Jinan Generator Company, China. It putted into operation together with ST at the same time. Generator model number: WXBL054, Capacity: 75MVA, Voltage Grade: 10.5KV, Frequency: 50HZ, Power Factor: 0.8, it is applied with air cooling system and non-brush excitation system. Generator stator was been changed at March 2008. In order to improve internal efficiency, ST was modified by Harbin Electric Corporation, 1-5 grades of diaphragm plate has been changed to those with high efficiency and also adopted with advanced and adjustable Blandon steam seal technology. January 2005, simulate types of electro hydraulic control system has been modified into digital types, HRSG and ST generation unit are adopted with DCS control system. April 2007, steam extraction external supply modification has been carried out.
Extraction point came from the back of fourth grade with extraction pressure of 9bar, maximum extraction capacity is 70t/h. Up to ST completely shut down, the whole unit was with a total operation of 66461 hours. Under ISO performance condition during GT burning heavy duty oil, the ST generation unit’s power output was 52MW. NSRD has calculated the efficiency for whole set of combine cycle generation unit, which is 47.5% under ISO performance condition by burning heavy duty oil. 4. Main Transformer: So far, the main transformers applied into GT generation unit and ST generation unit were all made by Baoding Tianwei Group. The main transformer of GT generation unit dispatched from manufactory at May 1993, Model Number: SEP7-150000/110, Rated Capacity: 150000KVA, Rated Voltage: 121/11.5KV, Frequency: 50HZ Cooling Method: ODAF and Outdoor Type. The main transformer of ST generation unit dispatched from manufactory at March 2003, Model Number: SF9-75000/110, Rated Capacity: 75000KVA, Rated Voltage: 121/10.5KV, Frequency: 50HZ Cooling Method: ONAN/ODAF and Outdoor Type. All the above mentioned descriptions will not be the guarantee for any of above units and buyer must come to site to carry out inspection and testing by themselves.
