Brief Introduction of 170kV Gas Insulated Metal Enclosed Switchgear (GIS)
I. General The ZF7-170 kV gas insulated switchgear (GIS) developed and manufactured by XD Group has advanced technical parameters and excellent performance. It has the advantages of high reliability, convenient operation and less maintenance. According to GB and IEC standards, the products have passed a complete set of type tests in XIHARI and CESI test station in Italy, filling in the empty in our country and reaching the international leading level. 
II. Service environmental conditions Installation conditions: indoor or outdoor. Ambient temperature: -25℃~40�?(corresponding measures can be taken in high and low temperature areas). Maximum daily temperature difference: 25�? Seismic intensity: horizontal acceleration is 0.5g; The vertical acceleration is 0.25g. Pollution grade: grade D and E. Altitude: �?,500m (special design can be made at high altitude). III. IV. Overall structure of 170kV GIS 170kV GIS three phase in one enclosure, adopt aluminum enclosure, with the bay is light weight, low eddy current loss, low temperature rise, strong corrosion resistance, high reliability and large safety margin; The minimum bay width can reach 1,200mm, with high component compounding degree, compact structure, the whole bay transportation and small floor space. Circuit breaker (CB) The circuit breaker is vertical and single-break, and the interrupter adopts self-energy arc-extinguishing/air-compressor structure, which has stable and reliable breaking performance, and the breaking capacity can be as high as 50kA. Each circuit breaker is equipped with a spring operating mechanism, and three-phase mechanical linkage operation. The mechanical life reaches class M2 (10,000 times), and the rated short circuit breaking current can be broken 20 times. Three-position disconnector-earthing switch (DES) Disconnector (DS) and earthing switch (ES) are integrated, share a moving contact, and have three working positions to realize mechanical locking of DS and ES; Equipped with electric mechanism, the mechanical life reaches class M2 (10,000 times).  
Earthing switch (ES), fast earthing switch (FES) Earthing switch (ES) and fast earthing switch (FES) can be attached to the disconnector or arranged separately. The earthing switch is equipped with motor operating mechanism, and fast earthing switch is equipped with motor spring operating mechanism, three-phase mechanical linkage, the mechanical life has reached class M2 (10,000 times).
