CHAPTER I   

BRIEF  INTRODUCTION

2MW type gas turbine, one of the series, is  the  item  which is recommended by the state for its energy-saving environmental protection and advanced technology. It can improve the utility of the surplus coke oven gas, oil field gas and exhaust gas of oil refinery, especially suiting for coking industry, petroleum chemistry, oil field and so on .

Through over twenty years development, gas turbine sets have operated approaching five hundred thousand hours by now. The power station in shanxi coking factory was prized the best commercial efficiency.

The comprehensive heat efficiency of gas turbine set is 30 percent higher than that of steam turbine set and the pay back period is 50 percent shorter. The facts have shown, 2MW gas turbine is a mature, stable, reliable, energy-saving product with evident social and economic beneficial results.

 

CHAPTER 2

       PRINCIPLES OF 2MW GAS TURBINE 

CO-GENERATION POWER STATION OPERATION

 

The gas turbine is started by a starting motor. When it reaches the ignition speed, the compressed air is mixed with the fuel gas for combustion within the combustor. The combustion gas with high temperature and high pressure from the gas generator will drive the power turbine to work. When the running speed of the set reaches 42 percent of its rated speed, the starting motor will be automatically disengaged from the set. When the set runs automatically to its balance speed, the electric  generator  which is driven by power turbine will rotate at the same speed and operate in parallel with network. Fuel supply and output power increase in accordance with a certain law, the rated load of the set is 2000KW. Exhaust flow of gas turbine is 16.6Kg/s with 400.0.8-1.2Mpa vapour with the flow of 6.5t/h is produced by the heat recovery boiler, the boiler exhaust temperature is 190.Heat-electricity co-generation is realized by the packaged set with its comprehensive heat efficiency reaching 70 percent or higher .

   Cooling water is used by circulation, water exhausted amount is 2t/h in practice.

   In order to prolong the life of the boiler, the requirement for water quality shall meet the international standard.

CHAPTER 5 

CONTROL FOR ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

     Noise control

Noise of inlet and exhaust air is disposed by filter silencer in gas turbine unit, Noise meet the international specification.

Vibration control

Isolation measure is adopted in gas turbine unit and compressor to control the vibration.

     Discharge control

Fuel is burnt thoroughly , not causing draining pollution; exhaust temperature of boiler is 190, not causing heat pollution.

 

CHAPTER 6

CONTENT OF SUPPLY

The set of 2MW gas turbine co-generation power station chiefly consists of the following parts.

CHAPTER 7
TECHNICAL SERVICE

     The supplier will supply the Instructional Manual for the Power station and maintenance manuals for various equipments.

     If required by the purchaser, the supplier can offer the service of operation of the equipment of the power station.

     The customer may get help in training the personals in proper operation and maintenance procedures.

     To provide spares for the usage of one or two years.

     The warranty period for the equipment of power station is one year from acceptance .
