In this connection, though we do not have any such 25 MW units available presently, we have pleasure in offering you herewith 1 No. 136 MW Gas Based Power Plant comprising of 3 Nos. 45.5 MW GE make, Model 7LM6000PC Aero Derivative Gas Turbines Coupled to GE Synchronous Alternators each rating 55230KVA 11KV through ‘LUFKIN�?Gear Box including Controls and Auxiliaries as under:
�?The Power Plant was established in the year 2000/2001 and last operated in the year 2017.
�?The details of Overhaul/ Maintenance and Special Tools/ Spares are as below:
Overhaul/ Maintenance:
1. Bore scope inspection of LM6000 Engine is carried out every 4000 FEH (Fired Engine Hours).
2. For Engines operating on liquid fuel the HSIR (Hot Section Inspection and Replacement) is carried out every 12,500 FEH. In this the process the Combustor and the High Pressure Turbine (HPTR) is refurbished / replaced.
3. In case of Gas operation, the HSIR is done once in 25,000 FEH.
4. Engine Major Overhaul (MOH) is carried out once in 50,000 FEH. Since the average Fired Engine Hours are in the range of 35000 Hrs, none of the gas turbines are due for major overhaul.
