2 × 25MW Pulverized Coal Turbine Generator Set Plan
I. Overview Project Name: Project Introduction: The project involves a 2×25MW coal-fired power plant with a voltage of 11/66kV, connected to the grid. Supplier Responsibility: The supplier is responsible for the design and the conventional layout of the power plant, including the boiler room, turbine hall, and water treatment plant. The scope includes the supply, installation, and commissioning of all power generation equipment within the boiler room, turbine hall, and water treatment plant. It also covers the supply and installation of process pipelines and cables connecting the boiler room, turbine hall, and water treatment plant, with the construction of the circulating water pipeline up to a single-direction 25m outside the turbine hall. The electricity generated is transmitted to the 11kV outgoing cabinet via outgoing cables, and the 11kV high-voltage room is equipped with a grid connection cabinet. The low-voltage distribution is set up in the plant's transformer low-voltage distribution room. A 66kV step-up substation is also included. Owner Responsibility: The owner is responsible for civil engineering, secondary grouting, fire protection engineering, cranes, electric hoists, lighting, fiberglass cooling towers, lightning protection and grounding, water supply and drainage systems, and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. The owner must also provide the emergency oil discharge pool, oil, water, and steam testing equipment, and all customs-regulated flammable, explosive, toxic, and hazardous materials such as welding gases, paint, acetone, grease, and resins, as well as detection equipment for invasive species like sand and soil. II. Main Technical Indicators · Annual utilization hours are calculated at 7440h, with daily utilization hours at 24h. · The boiler evaporation rate is 130t/h, and coal consumption is 28.77t/h. · Power generation capacity: 25MW × 2 = 50MW at 11kV, 50Hz. · Annual electricity generation: 3.0 × 10^8 kWh. · Annual coal consumption: 50 × 10^4 t. · Standard coal consumption for power generation: 0.424kg/kWh. · Standard coal consumption for power supply: 0.451kg/kWh. · Overall plant thermal efficiency: 90%. · Site area: 50,000m^2.
