Unfortunately the seller would not receive LC for payment
They request 40% by TT and 60% by LC
If this condition will be acceptable, I will start discussion with seller
Sorry another issue is that it will not be possible to get offer directly from owner , Owner is kind of insurance company and not directly involved in sales of these units
as where as it is, without warranty. Please advise your comments on this
I am afraid seller is not in a position to provide EPC services, which can be talked after sales of equipments.
