1. Project Overview According to the friendly negotiation between the two parties, the scope of responsibilities is divided as follows: 1.1. The seller undertakes the scope of responsibility within the boundary of the air separation plant: (1) Process design, instrument electrical design, equipment design, and engineering design of the air separation plant.
