Features
of hydraulic pipelayer 
·PPC (Proportional pressure control) makes operation
easy and flexible. A single handle can easily operate both boom and hook.
·Super stability of chassis is
ensured by the rigid connection between track frame and machine frame, longer
and wider track shoes, and counter weight as well.
·Many parts imported are mounted
on the hydraulic system (the whole hydraulic system of SP70Y is imported from
abroad) which ensures the stability of SHANTUI pipelayer.
·Hook can be put down quickly to
protect people and machine at urgent moment. Automatic moment show the angle and
extent of boom, lifting height of hook and lifting weight, also, it can give an
alarm automatically and limit operation while loaded weight exceeds the rated
maximum value.
·machine-electronic monitor
system mounted on chassis supervise the operation and can give an automatic
alarm report when emergency.
·SHANTUI pipelayer is
suitable for transportation because the boom and counter weight can be dismantle
and installed easily. They can be mounted easily and quickly even at the work
site.
·Air conditioner could be easily
fixed on SHANTUI pipelayer.
