Main clutch and transmission

The flywheel clutch is constantly disengaged with muti-powder-metal discs, which is operated by hydraulically boosting,.

The transmission is mechanical double levels controlled with constantly meshed helical gears, and coupling sleeve shift. It has five speeds FORWARDS and four speeds REVERSE .

Steering and braking

The steering clutch is tighten by pressured springs and separated hydraulically with oil-type, multi-powder-metal discs.

The brakes are oil, two-direction floating band with mechanism foot pedals 。

Final drive

The final drives are double reduction with spur gear and segment sprocket, which are sealed by floating oil seal for easy service.

Inner and outer beam of track roller frame are rectangular section “八” frame .Track roller , carrier roller, idler are mounted with long life well sealed Duo-cone floating ring well sealed Duo-cone floating ring seal.

Double valve (one built-in, another at outside): used in angle blade, ripper to realize lift, hold , lower, float for the blade cylinder and to realize lift, hold, lower for the ripper cylinder.

Three valves: (two built-in, one at outside) used in straight blade to realize lift, hold, lower, float for blade cylinder at same time to realize left titling, right tilting, hold for titling for titling cylinder. Ripper cylinder can move to lift. Hold, lower positions.

The cab with adjustable seat features low noise and wide visible range and contains electrical fan.
