We can work on the three aspects:

First: EPC+financing on infrastructure projects and equipments procurement

It was nice to talk with you on phone, we are serious to work with for EPC+financing projects for all kinds of projects on the conditions:

1.       15-30% advance payment after contract signed with us

2.       Contract should be signed through exclusive negotiation

3.       Employer should provide sovereign guarantee or bank guarantee to our financing.

So please work on the specific projects, one or several are ok, but you should send us feasibility study or other kinds of government docuemtns on these mentioned projects for us to start with. After evaluation, If we are interested we will sign MOU with you and LOI with employer.

You are suggested to arrange a official meeting with President, Ministers of projects, and Minister of Finance.

Second: HFO or gas engine generator as EPC contractor or investor: we need local strong/influential/powerful partner to help us to get government approval such as PPA and guarantee, and also invest minor share of the projects saying 15-30%.

The same are for the solar or wind power projects, we are eager to invest in these projects up to 95% of the renewable projects, please find local strong/powerful partner to facilitate the investment.
