Thanks for your detailed information on the projects.
We can supply consulting, feasibility study, EPC or turnkey contracting, financing for projects from power plants to metallurgical mills, and cement plants. But you are advised to invite your clients to China to exchange with each other, and then sign MOU between our company/subcompanies and your clients for financing and exclusive EPC contracting. Only after that we can arrange our resources to work on your 4000TPD cement plant.
If you need our design and feasibility study too, contract for design and feasibility study should also signed.
For financing, there are two kinds of guarantee, one is government sovereign guarantee, another is commercial guarantee. For example, we just signed for launching satellite project for Nigeria with sovereign guarantee, and on 23th, March, we will go to Nigeria for MOU on a 100mw power plant and 150mva substation project, there are many other projects under construction now with financing arranged by us and we are exclusive EPC.
For commercial guarantee, it will talked case by case, usually issued by international banks acceptable by ICBC, Bank of China, or our Exim bank or developing bank (who once supplied 14 billion USD for our Chalco and American Aluminum to buy 14% of Rio Tinto stock). Our commercial loan is like this: 10-15 years term, construction period as grace period, rate is Libor plus basic points, but these terms to be negotiated case by case.
