| Steps for working with us to arrange exclusive EPC with financing from China:
1. providing us background information on the projects, usually as defined above for us to evaluate the readiness and possibility for us to be exclusive EPC or arranged invitation of bidder.
2. if we are confident that we can be the exclusive EPC and it is possible for Chinese Eixm or other banks to providing financing, then you are invited to visit us in Beijing to clarify how you will arrange and facilitate us to win the contract and how we will arrange financing. Most probably there is a MOU or agent agreement will be signed. Usually we sign agreement on project to project basis.
Sometimes, when not enough information provided, we can sign NCND with you instead of MOU at our discretion.
3. with the above MOU, your company can formally acclaiming that you are your accredited representatives in your country for this mentioned project.
4. you shall then submit a letter to the your Government Ministries, introducing us as being prepared to source funding from Exim Bank or other Commercial Banks to undertake projects.
5. The Ministries will then request us to submit financial proposals for any projects we are interested in. The financial proposals will have to indicate: (a) Total amount to be invested (b) Interest Rate (c) Moratorium and Repayment periods (d) any other service charges to be levied.
6. our financial proposals will then be submitted to Ministry of Finance for evaluation.
7. If our financial proposals are found acceptable, the Ministry will formally invite representatives of our company and the financiers to visit your for final discussions to conclude and sign technical and financial agreements.
8. The agreement concluded will then be sent to the Parliament and Cabinet for approval and ratification.
9. your Government usually provides Sovereign Guarantees for all Exim Bank loans, but for other commercial loans, Promissory Notes are given.
