It is time to report projects for 2010 soft loan application from China Exim bank

Hi,

Every year Chinese Exim bank will provide both soft loan and commercial loans to finance projects which are beneficial to both Chinese and foreign nations, for example in 2008, the value is above 600 billion Chinese Yuan. During the last few months Chinese government promised to offer soft loan to SCO, ASEAN, African nations total 20-25 billion USD, and every year there are quota for projects from the world.

Now it is time for Chinese EPC contractors to submit projects under negotiation with foreign employer for EPC contracting and applying China’s Eximbank soft loan or commercial loans for the period of 2010 or 2011. We have already shortlisted your projects into our format which is to be reported to our Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Finance and Eximbank. But apart from the name of these projects, these government departments need documents to prove to them that these projects are ready and serious for both Chinese EPC and foreign employers, and foreign governments, esp. these applying soft loans from Exim bank.
We need these documents in the following steps:
1.       Projects feasibility study or technical/commercial requirements;
2.       Letter of Intent from the foreign employers, government agents or Ministry of Power/Electricity or respective industrial Ministries;
3.       EPC contracts with Chinese EPC contractors, such as our company;
4.       Letter of Intent for applying soft loan or commercial loan with sovereign guarantee, signed by Minister of Finance representing the Federal government;
5.       Environment impact Assessment for the projects verified by EPA of Federal government;
6.       Documents  proving that the financing of at least 15% of EPC contract value is ready and will b e paid to EPC from employer’s contribution;
7.       Employer’s official name, address, brief introduction, financial statements for the last three years.

So please expedite every processes to report projects brief to us so that we can start to work on them.
