 VRT-2 (T) Model Vibration Speed
(&Temperature) Transducer Brief Introduction VRT-2 Model vibration speed transducer is a kind of minitype integrated two-wired probe transducer, whose output signal of 4 to 20mA is in direct ratio with RMS (root-mean-square) value of the vibration speed of the object being measured. The transducer adopted the integrated sensor with micromaching technique, which is imported from the USA. The Vibration electric signal passes through the band filter, converter, amplifier and RMS converter. Ultimately, the standard electrical current signal output of 4 to 20mA is generated by the voltage/current driving circuit. The transducer can measure the vibration speed (intensity) of the object within the range of prescribed limit of frequency bandwidth, with the DC output in direct ratio with RMS of vibration waveform. At the same time, the temperature changes accompanying the oscillating point can be measured (VRT-2T Model). For these reasons, it’s very suitable for all kind of large and medium rotary machine and moving equipments (such as fan, pump, reductor, bearing block and rolling friction element, etc.), to undertake the direct measurement of vibration safety and temperature rise safety without adding additional succeeding works for signal converting and scaling. The transducer is with low price and superior capabilities. The stainless steel anti-corrosion structure and fine sealing antiknock measures make it possible for the equipment to work on line for a long period of time under the formidable environment of measuring field, the two-wire system 4 to 20mA signal aspect adopted has very strong anti-interference remote transmitting abilities. The equipment can be matched directly with all kinds of general secondary instruments and computer data acquisition measuring and control system (such as DCS, PLC, etc.).
