Yes, your complaint that “We heard from one interested party who went to China but the expected diesel generator sets were not existing�? is reasonable. Used hfo diesel gensets are very hot equipments in China now, so many people are bidding or claiming for them, it is also due to that they did not work with an experienced partners like our consortiums, among which we are the main contractor for this kind purchase.

 

According to our experience for successful purchase these used equipments with handling a 20x10mw used Sulzer with world top 5 IPP for his own power project (two weeks after our contract with the IPP, yesterday, we are awarded the tender, in which four companies took part in for the 20 units of Sulzer used hfo diesel gensets), through our experienced and well connected professional handling, you would have higher possibility to get these used hfo sets if you are really serious to buy them.

 

1.       please inform us your plan for buying these 16 units 18PC2-6/2V ; both you and we have little time to just gather information, we should enter serious business.

2.       before you or your representative visiting China we sign a non disclosure agreement with between us so that we have confidence to work together, we have many partners to work for this project, and they also have confidence in you too, this will highly improve the possibility of contracting. Draft Non-disclosure agreement is attached, please review them.

3.       then we will motivate our local partners to prepare your site inspection as soon as possible, I will double check the availability before your visit so that your valuable time will not be wasted.

4.       if interested, we two side will sign equipments purchase contract, in contract  it is defined that the contract will take effect after your accept test or inspection and their availability to you.

5.       then we will arrange your next times' site inspection if you prefer (optional).

6.       if inspection or test passed, then purchase contract with you will be effective, you pay us advance payment which is secured by bank guarantee issued by our bank.

7.       we will arrange and coordinate the auction or negotiation with original owners so that they will keep or reserve for us. (This time we successfully coordinated with the original owners to reserve for our TOP 5 IPP buyer in the world, by using our reputation, connection, and professional expertise with Chinese domestic trade and foreign trade, another 40 units�?contract was also signed and now some of them have be delivered.)

8.       if we finally signed contract with the original contract, we will begin to enter the next step of execution of the contract.

9.       Dismantling, marking, packing, transportation, and dealing with different government departments for clearance to final buyer. (Original owners have little knowledge about foreign trade, we will make them much more comfortable in handing this kind of special business, we are reputable China national company in which the Chinese partners and original owner will feel safe to work with us, and usually Chinese government requires that used power plants can not be reinstalled in China, and should be exported through a foreign trade company with reference of exporting used equipments. We only focus on foreign market.).
